with NAT addresses, both installations billed to same subscriber. Both
installations must be within 100 yards of each other.
Subscribers are responsible for power to equipment.
Damaged or abused equipment will be replaced at a cost to the subscriber
of $250.00 per access point and $150.00 per antenna. Equipment owned
by BCS that fails without fault of the subscriber will be replaced at
no charge to the subscriber. Billing is done on a 30 day pay-ahead cycle
from the date of installation. Service loss due to circumstances beyond
the control of BCS will not be refunded. Service loss caused by BCS
equipment will be deducted
per billing cycle at a pro-rate amount of 1/30 monthly fee per day of
service loss. Installation cost assumes readiness at client site to
provide power and necessary connections to perform installation
